All we did was run a mile (Hibachi Hill) Then we partitioned 100 Pull-Ups, 200 Merkins and 300 Air Squats. After completion we ran another mile.

There wasn’t much talking in fear of losing count and being out of breath. Everyone got amongst it and embraced the suck like Champions.
