Work– Indian Run w/ (5 squats for the caboose) to top of Fury Rd – Merkins / Abs for 30 Sec each
Indian Run w/ squats to PAWN SHOP – Merkins/ Abs 45 sec each
Indian Run w/ squats to ROTC -Pull Ups / Merkins / Abs 60 sec each
Indian Run w/ squats to Amphitheater – Run up the steps shuffle at the top to next rail, Run down and shuffle to the next rail run up and so forth for 2 rounds. (Merkins / Abs 45 sec)
Indian Run to Fountain – Decline / Incline Merkins / Abs 30 sec
Mosey to Access Hill – Lunge Walk Up – 25 Merkins, Mosey Down for 25 BBC’s, Sprint back up for 25 Merkins / 25 BBC’s
Mosey to ROTC area – Back Pedal up hill to Pedestrian Sign then Mosey to Pawn Shop
Indian Run back to vehicles because time was running out.

NMM- It was a pleasure to spend a nice February morning with 9 Stud Athletes for some Fury Fun. Hopefully we covered enough ground and did enough Merkins/Abs to feel the burn or pad some Lent-Challenge stats, either way we got better. Shout out to BenGay for all the help with the Q and for those 20 Burpees which means 2 beers aka “indescretions” for Foreclosure.
