StrawberryFields in parking lot – work done in each parking spot while partner runs to “long end” of parking lot – Flapjack when back at your partner – work in parking spots continues until reach end of parking lot in one direction:

At 0558, thought it was only gonna be YHC and Refugee so was planning to get the KBs out and do KB work and pull-ups – will save that for another day

Not sure how the workout reads – but it was a solid test for the 4 of us – raised heart rate, nice mix of body weight exercises – but more importantly – doing the harder thing surrounded by encouragement and brotherhood – if you can make it through these types of bootcamps from 0500-0600 it really helps to make other hard things during the day seem easier
