Weather: lovely 45 degrees and dry.
Everyone showed up early to watch the one on one Dip Bonanza. Challenge was max amount of Dips in 3 minutes. Final tally was closer than everyone, including me expected. Crayola 72, Encino 69. While I was waiting for circulation to return to my arms we started with a warm up.

After one round run to the tree line and complete 10 burpees before returning for another round.
Workout #2 Tabata. (50 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest)
Side straddle hoops , Mountain climbers, Merkins, Burpees, overhead press, curls, Alpos, Thrusters, Big bois, flutters, reverse crunches, Vups, little baby crunches, and a few more I can’t remember because it was on the fly. Alarm sounded and we returned the coupons and meant in the parking lot for COT.

Prayer request: Crayola’s mother inlaw with some health issues, Quickie with his upcoming surgery, Pacer’s son’s grandfather dealing with cancer. Prayers for guidance and comfort, and Bengay’s mom having surgery on March 12th.
Mostly everyone thought the workout sucked, so I guess that’s a good thing. I always enjoy Qing, but honestly I am not always a fan of writing the Backblast. I hope everyone reading it enjoys it, and maybe even encourages you to signup for a extra Q here and there. I heard Terrapin, and Talon have openings… Until my next Backblast EM out..
