Spartan Race is right around the corner and YHC has been dreaming of different ways to use the buckets and other heavy objects to strain the muscles and work on grip strength. Hopefully this was a good challenge.

Mosey to the pull up area and grab a coupon

25 curls, 25, triceps extensions, 25 OH Press
20 of each
15 of each
10 of each
5 of each

Grab the 30# and 40# dumbbells, and 2 coupons…head to the midpoint of Fury Rd…where Duggars rock buckets just happen to be waiting

Partner up-complete the following work:
* 1 group carries rock buckets to bottom of Fury Rd-do 10 Merkins, 10 werkins and 10derkins -and carry back (.5 mile)
* 1 group carries dumbbells to stop sign at Laurel ave-do 10 Merkins, 10 werkins and 10 derkins – and carry back (.5 mile)
* 1 group stays put and does ascending reps (1-10) of KB swings, Manmakers and thrusters
Each partnership completes each set of work once
