It was another hot and muggy morning in the gloom. That did not stop 9 studs from getting up and doing the harder thing. It has been a while since I have led a bootcamp and I was worried about having enough work to make it the full hour. Turns out we had more than enough and everyone worked hard to get through it.
Warm-up:
3 sets
5 pullups
10 merkins
15 squats
Workout:
200 – Curls
175 – Squats
150 – Shoulder Presses
125 – Kettle Bell Swings
100 – Merkins
75 – Thrusters
50 – Big Boy Situps
25 – Bonnie Blairs
10 – Manmakers
Break up the work into reps of 25 and after 25 reps run to the tree line and do 3 burpees.
Crayola, Foreclosure and myself made it through the Thrusters. That ends up being right under 100 burpees. Everyone else was not far behind. Everyone gave it there all and pushed it to the end.
