3 PAX decided to get their day started at Fury. Honestly, I was worried that I was going to be late to my own Q. So I came in at 4:57am and noted that no one was there! Started thinking that a solo workout would suck, but I was committed to getting it done. Fortunately Sour rolled in and DC soon followed. We grabbed a block and headed to the landing at the pond.

- Going with the synchro work was different. We counted each rep and probably had better form than most days as a result of synchro.
