F3 Greenwood

7 showed up for a substitute Q at Fury picked up by YHC.  I knew a large crowd was brewing at the Epicenter for Polly’s fake Mother’s Day spectacular, so i wasn’t sure how many would show up at 5:00am to get that extra 15 minutes of calorie burn that Fury provides.  7 proved to be a good number.  I repeated a workout done about a month back that seemed to have everyone in good spirits.  It went down like this:

  • It was nice to get back into the swing of Qing after some lingering back issues.
  • Bad move (or good move?) to allow Jugger to talk us into 50 Bonnie Blairs counting only one leg.  Holy Cow.
  • Good intense pace throughout the work and all PAX delivered.
