Garvo the Great has been experiencing what I’m calling a “post BRR funk”. My mind just hasn’t been in it lately and I really don’t have an excuse. I was doing everything in my power this morning at 4:30am to back out of my Q. Alpo had toastmasters, Jugger wouldn’t respond, and I didn’t think of Blu (although he graciously offered afterwards at Starbucks). That said, I’m glad I went and hopefully it will help jumpstart me back into training mode. 4 other guys did the right thing and showed up as well.
Evidence of my lack of commitment was displayed in the fact that I didn’t even have a workout planned out. So we winged it a bit but I think overall it went well.

- Great work today by everyone
- Southern Belle scooted out a bit early due to work commitments, but still posted. That’s quality.
- I think we got a good workout in, despite a lack of planning. I really like the cumulative pull up work. Keeps everyone engaged
- Music today was a combo of Killers, Widespread Panic, Allmans, and Phish. Epic Tweezer reprise on the run up Fury Rd. It got Sour and me into fast mosey pace.
