3 pax including one closing in on a birthday milestone made their way to Fury on a perfect morning for a beatdown! YHC received word by text the day before that our very own Duggar had a birthday coming up on Friday. Thanks to a little research on the all knowing Facebook, YHC realized this was a big one. Duggar was turning 40 and threw out an HC to post at Fury! Thanks to the heads up some modifications could be made to the #beatdown and honor Duggar in an appropriate way. This BB is for the Furious 40th B-day Bash that took place for Duggar. Inspector and myself were able to tag along for the ride!

YHC suspected it was going to be a small crowd today at Fury. The Swamp Rabbit is Saturday and word leaked out about Junior being on the agenda. I completely understand and hope the Swamp Rabbit pax crush their run Saturday!

Inspector was waiting when YHC drove up about 0455. A few minutes passed and YHC was beginning to think this could be problematic for so much Indian Running and of course the 2 man BOM but thankfully Duggar drove up just in time.

40 reps in honor of the birthday Boy for many of the exercises today. He even chose the last exercise….trumping the Q.

The Ascending Curb Crawl was brutal…..heck everything from that point on seemed brutal.

Junior was well Junior. Junior had an effect on all 3 pax today. YHC was dizzy, Duggar blew his appendix, and Inspector was almost down for a 10 count. Despite all of this….the pax continued and would not let Junior rule the day! #tclaps men! Way to keep pushing through the pain!

#mumblechatter was minimal today but the effort was off the charts and the pax pushed each other to complete the tasks at hand. Well done men! Great pushing the limits with you guys today!
