With P200 now behind us, YHC is anxious to get back to preparing for the summer by hitting boot camps with a furious desire to chisel the physique.  I hope some of you will join me.

5 guys decided to do just that on a beautiful morning.  I got two texts from Pacer and Tootsie letting me know of their “hot” arrival. So we performed a quick warmup to get blood flowing:

Bear Crawl to the woods (~25 yards)
100 Merkins
Burpee Broad Jump Back (~25 yards)
100 Squats
Bear Crawl to the woods (~25 yards)
100 Big Boy Sit-Ups
Burpee Broad Jump Back (~25 yards)
50 Pull-ups
25 Burpees

 

Had about 10 mins left so we added the following:

50 calf raises

50 Russian Twists

25 jungle boi squats

20 dips

25 WWI situps

50 flutters

1 min hang

25 Bonnie Blairs (right leg only)
