I think that’s how the smurf song went.  Anyway, time to get back into the routine of doing backblasts.  Additionally, we are quickly approaching Memorial Day, so i thought some Murph training would be helpful.  It went like this:

 

(S)Murph

1 miles run (up laurel and back)

 

5 rounds of:

10 Pullups

20 Merkins

30 Squats

 

1 Mile run (to hibachi hill and back)

 

5 rounds of:

10 Pullups

20 Merkins

30 Squats

 

1 Mile run (around pond twice)

 

Mr Ed:

15 Big Boi Situps

15 V-Ups

15 Leg Raises

10 Dips

25 Block Curls

 

Rinse and repeat decreasing reps on ab exercises by 1 each round, 14, 13 , 12 ….

 

COT

 

Good to be out in the gloom

Tough workout.  Adding the additional run in some weird way seemed to make it easier.
