Conditions: Balmy and 73 degrees
When YHC began to plan for the Fury workout the struggle was on to find a challenging yet not murderous workout for all. YHCs 4th workout for the week was taking it toll. Finally decided to modify an old reliable, the 1100, but we did it backwards.
This is what we did:
warm-up: 4 little baby arm circles IC
The thang:
100 curls
90 monkey humpers
80 merkins
70 OH presses
60 Big Bois
50 Thrusters
40 Burpees
30 Dips
20 Pull-ups
10 Manmakers
then, starting with 10 manmakers, go back up the ladder.
Time called: Most got back up to the Thrusters, Big Bois, or OH presses.

NMS: As always the 1100 sucked. As YHC was putting the exercises together, YHC wanted to guarantee that no one would complete the “climbing the ladder stage, and was successful. No one finished. Pacer led the way, and completed the OH presses, but he still had 270 reps to go! I was happy that no pax from Naperville, or Toledo or any other of the hot bed locations of the IronPax challenge beasts were there. If so, they may have worked there way down the ladder and up and probably down again! Hopefully no one from those areas will find there way to little ole F3 Greenwood, where just regular ole pax hang out. We will just to post and participate in 200 mile relay races, Ragner trail endurance relays, Marathons, etc. and continue to push each other to be the best we can be.
