Fury has added some equipment over the past week. Through donations by some of the pax weights have been added! Its humid, but work must be done.
This is what happened:
3 rounds, max work at each station: 1 minute 1st round, 50 sec 2nd round, 45 sec 3rd round
Bench Press 40 lb dumb bells
Bend over rows 65 lb bar
standing butterflies 10 lb dumb bells
left arm pulls 30 lb dumb bell
right arm pulls 30 lb dumb bell
Ab station (pax choice)
arm curls 20 lb dumb bells
dips
goblet squats – coupon
Pull-ups
After completing 3 rounds, YHC led the pax to a mosey to the bottom of Fury Rd. All pax performed 35 merkins, and YHC followed the other pax back to the starting point.
Time was called, lock box was reloaded.

NMS: When YHC finalized the workout last night, I thought that is was going to be too easy, and I needed more weight at certain stations. Well, as we have learned at bootcamps with just coupons and body weight- you don’t have to have a bunch of extra weight to have an extraordinary workout. Needless to say- the workout proved more than challenging for all. Duggar and Sour are two pretty good pax to use to evaluate a workout. I think it passed with flying colors.
