SSH, Shoulder Taps, Imperial Walkers, Mountain Climbers, Low Plank Hold
Then a short mosey over for 4 laps around Fury Lake and gather back up in the yard for the work.
The Work
7 exercises, 83 reps of each, followed by 8 burpees at the completion of each exercise before moving on to the next. Exercises were as follows: Merkins, LBC’s, Dips, Shoulder Presses(coupon), Squats, Flutterkicks, Kettle Bell Swings(coupon). And finish with an 800m run.
Recover called (as YHC headed out to complete the 800m, I went a few minutes into OT).

YHC was humbled to have been joined by 13 HIMS in the gloom to honor my dad, who passed away 7/8 after a long battle with cancer. Around the time of my first squat YHC was questioning the chances of finishing in an hour, but we got it done. All men put in some serious work, and YHC can barely lift his arms, but smiled on the way home as the sky was lit red with the sunrise, TheWin was smiling down. Spoke about brotherhood being forged through adversity (Proverbs 17:17), the meaning behind the numbers and the man we were honoring, then prayed us out. Praise report for Soap-on-a-ropes M and good test results. Until next time.
