9 days ago, 8 pax gathered at F3Nation’s toughest AO. Somehow the BB is just now being posted, well beyond the 24 hour guideline – and YHC doesn’t even have a decent excuse. The workout description below is to the best of YHC’s memory as no weinke was used.
