F3 Greenwood

I have been wanting to bring a different type approach to Fury. Something simple, but effective. So me and Jugs went and got replacement tires yesterday and I put my thinking cap on. I wanted to add some more weight training stuff mixed with some cardio. I thought up some new movements for Fury

Battle chains

Gorilla struts

Hammer strikes on tire

Kettlebell swings

Thunder stick press (right arm)

Thunder stick press (left arm)

I was kinda nervous about trying something different, but I think I turned out pretty good. I could have easily added at least 5 more stations. So this type of workout can be used with a lot of ppl if need be.

My goal is to get more people with weight training in mind to come and give this type of workout a shot. I got other things I’m going to try out as well.

If anybody has an old punching bag they’re not using… Hook us up!!

Everybody killed it this morning. There was some confusion at first about which station was next, but once everybody got settled in all was well. I appreciate everybody’s effort.
