F3 Greenwood

Marathon is behind me, time to get back to bootcamps.  I was joined by 5 Fury regulars and we got after it.  It is a bit shocking to see how quickly you can lose fitness (and gain weight) with only a minor gap in training.

 

Workout went like this:

 

Fat Angie Sandwich” – (Slightly modified to include additional work)

25 Burpees
50 Pull-ups
Bear Crawl to the woods (~25 yards)
100 Merkins
Burpee Broad Jump Back (~25 yards)
100 Squats
Bear Crawl to the woods (~25 yards)
100 Abs
Burpee Broad Jump Back (~25 yards)
50 Pull-ups
25 Burpees

Had about 20 mins left so we added the following:

Run around the pond (approximately 1200 meters?)

 

50 calf raises

50 curls

Additional work PAX choice until time called.

    I was beat this morning.  Goes to show you, you have to remain consistent with your posting.
    Light crowds around F3 Greenwood since IPC concluded.  Lets get those numbers up.
