F3 Greenwood

5 guys started their day off at 5:00am with a little bit of Fury.  Actually, YHC was awakened by one of the triplets who had a bad dream at 4:15am, so i went ahead and got the day started.  Rolled to Fury early around 4:50 thinking i would beat everyone, but Inspector was already patiently waiting for the beatdown.  A quick disclaimer was given, along with an additional disclaimer that the worrkout planned was all OYO and was an easier one than normal as I am trying to avoid injury before the big race in 2 weeks.

1 lap around pond (approximately 800 meters)

COT/BOM

 

  • Great job by all.  This ended up being a little more difficult than i had planned.  But with any workout, you get out what you put in.
  • 2C with an interesting prayer request in COT.  You had to be there.
  • I think Southern Belle and Alpo (who both killed this btw) were battling potential merlots.  Alpo’s i believe was a result of previous night’s Merlot consumption.
  • Garvo Pool jams was music of choice.
