4 pax posted on a great morning for a #beatdown at Fury. Reports varied on the temp, but a clear starry sky awaited the pax. As the pax arrived, they began to ask where the Q was? Where is Alpo? YHC had a little suprprise. A message went out from Alpo the day before possibly needing a Q to cover him as evidently reactor problems have returned to the work place. YHC just happened to see it and agreed to have Alpo’s back. A text at 0330 confirmed Alpo was heading to work.  So this just turned into a SubQ and YHC just happened to have a little circuit planned for the pax that would hopefully make the AOQ proud. Off we go……..

After a stationary Terrapin Q yesterday, YHC had the bright idea for a Fury Road Circuit today! Ouch! Thanks for the opportunity Alpo! The pax may not agree!

Sour toughed it out through a Boot camp with a lot of running. I told Sour afterwards I had 5.2 miles after I completed. “No wonder!” Sour said, “3 miles is my MAX!”  He at least said it was good for him after hearing that mileage!

Clock management is always an issue when doing a circuit like this…..is there time to make it back? Maybe I should just go to this point and come back? We got a pretty good laugh when time was winding down. We all decided to at least start the last circuit. Sour took off first and said he was turning around after the leg raises. Shortly after Duggar and myself took off thinking the same. When running down to Fury Road, I looked at my watch and told Duggar we got this. Lets do the whole lap. Duggar yelled down to Sour to keep going! No clue what Sour said when he heard that but the expression even in the #Gloom got a good laugh by myself and Duggar. To Sour’s credit he kept going!

YHC announced when 40:00 minutes had gone by. Pacer was like “40 minutes to go!” It got a pretty good laugh and thankfully we only had 20 more minutes!

#tclaps to Pacer for pushing through his foot issues and still leading the way with Duggar the majority of the morning.

#tclaps to Duggar for toying with all of us and leading throughout! That being said, great effort by all. I had a crazy 600ft of elevation afterwards! I think we all completed down to the 2 rep lap or just short of starting it. That was Brutal……… Well done men! Enjoyed it!  Keep pushing! Aye!
