F3 Greenwood

20 pax made it out for Fury and there were several fartsacks.  I’m also awarding Rapunzel a Fury point for attending the Epicenter and doing work as he was unaware of convergence.  I knew we would have some non Fury regulars so I wanted to put together challenging workout, but one where we stayed together.  Given the size of the group, coupons and pullups were out, so we went mobile with and all bodyweight grinder.  It went like this:

What a quality effort by all who decided to punch the clock today
Wow, 5 years of F3Greenwood.  I can say i’m certainly better as a result.  If you find yourself making excuses not to post, i challenge you to take a hard look in the mirror.  Despite what you may think, it’s hard to get the same level of workout and camaraderie anywhere else.  I promise you that.  Sure we bust balls, but that’s what makes it fun.  We all ebb and flow with our level of commitment from time to time, but there is no time like the present to get back involved consistently.  Perfect weather this time of year as we head into beachbody season.
Speaking of beachbody, none other than Sour made his kotters comeback.  First post since……..6/27/2019!!  Still tan as hell though.
Fury – That was a pretty good workout right?  Everyone survived (at least i think).  I challenge you to make Fury a regular stop on your bootcamp circuit.  You will be better as a result.
Good to have Pacer back out coming out of injury.  Take it easy brother.
