F3 Greenwood

A surprising 15 PAX showed up for a soggy Fury workout.  I wasn’t expecting a big crowd, but good numbers for sure.  We worked hard and sweated like mules.  Our closest connection to #F3Royalty was in town, Strawberry, and he led the way along with Alpo.  We had a few vestibules among us and they performed well.

15-50 – (burpees in each round are burpee block jump overs)

15 Burpees and 50 big boys;

14 Burpees and 50 chest presses;

13 Burpees and 50 monkey humpers;

12 Burpees and 50 flutters;

11 Burpees and 50 bicep curls;

10 Burpees and 50 jungle bois;

9 Burpees and 50 V-Ups;

8 Burpees and 50 KB swings;

7 Burpees and 50 bonnie blairs;

6 Burpees and 50 Russian Twists

5 Burpees and 50 OH Presses

4 Burpees and 50 plank jacks

3 Burpees and 50 LBCs

2 Burpees and 50 thrusters

1 burpee and 50 pullups

Each round include a back pedal across the field and a sprint back.
