A good crowd for Fury. Weather was strange, 66 degrees- humid. A few were running a little tardy, but they can catch up, this is fury- LETS GO.
A brisk mosey to the first intersection on Laurel Ave. There we began our tour, visiting intersections and parking lots, depositing a 21-15-9 at each stop. Thankfully that is all we deposited. 21- Merkins, 15- Crunches and 9- Burpees. Up Laurel to Montague, North on Montague and a right onto 72 Bypass. Down to Fury Rd and back to the AO. 10 stops altogether, for a mile or so run and 210 Merkins, 150 crunches and 90 burpees.
Back at the AO, we completed the workout with 3 rounds of 10-Pullups, 20- dips, and 30 Goblet squats.
Time was called, mosey to where the flag is often found (it wasnt there today), for the COT.

NMS:
Decided to pull one of my Fury Qs out for a repeat performance. Had a good mix of runners with us. Kudos to Papercut, Bueller, Detour, and Tweeter. During the COT had a car do a drive through twice. Turns out it was mayoral candidate Brandon Smith. He was passing out signs to pax to go invade the polling precincts to nail up these signs. B also asked to join our COT for a prayer, we let him and he escaped without receiving a cool nickname.
Until next time, BabyBlu is out.
