I knew it would be a small crowd today, but I always like smaller crowds. This workout is tough, but we absolutely killed it. This is kinda like my go to workout at Fury. I always make up for time by maxing out on pull-ups and dips at the end, maybe I can come up with the 1500 to make time last longer? 🤔🤔 Anyways..
