No worries work was put in during a tough string of Q’s with Terrapin Monday and Fury Tuesday bringing #beatdowns, YHC was feeling the pain and soreness.

Great work put in by Southern Bell and Piddler today.  These guys are going to do great in the Spartan Sprint.
