How fast can you do 100 Burpees?  2 pax found out today at Fury.

Early last week I entered into a bet with my boss and the loser had to pay up with 100 Burpees.  He asked how long it would take me to complete them.  Hmm.  I have done the full 100 reps 3 previous times, two of which were with Juggernaut.  None of them were timed, but I surmised that it would be less than 10 minutes.  Well, it was time to find out.

Conditions: a muggy 74F

Disclaimer: Given, even though it felt forced and awkward as I talked to the only other pax that decided to post.

The Warm Up: 100 Burpees for time.  Afterwards we took a victory lap around the pond.
