10 Lords A-Leaping

5 folks showed up for an hour long edition of Fury.  I knew Duggar and MaryAnn were HC and was hoping Alpo would join us and he did.  Duggar brought along Marco who gave us the inspiration for the BB title (more to come on that).  I knew I wanted to go mobile today so I tried to work in some new tricks on our normal tour de Fury.

 

Warm-up

OYO Work – 30 burpees, 30 pullups, 30 Block Curls, 30 Jungle Boi Squats

 

Fence Work

30 sec balls to wall

10 sec rest

1 minute people’s chair

 

Mosey to Gazebo making sure to traverse the monkey bars and parallel bars otw.

Fast Mosey to Corner of Fury/Laurel

 

Corner Work

30 pushups

30 abs

30 calf raises

 

Fast mosey to dentist office

Fast mosey to Junior

 

Junior Work (here is where things got interesting)

Burpee Broad Jump from bottom to top of Junior

5 jumps, then 3 burpees

(this is also where I witnessed what can only be described as “lords a leaping” being displayed by Marco.  Duggar quickly called him out and he reverted back to normal people broad jumps)

Mosey back to bottom of Junior

 

“All you got sprint” back to top of Junior.

Fast Mosey to bottom of Fury Rd

 

Indian run

5 man Indian run from bottom of Fury Rd back to pull up bars

Last man drops and gives three burpees before sprinting to head of pack.

COT/BOM

 

  • Tracey Lawrence radio served us well today.  Although absent, it was uncovered that Snake Eyes can sing like John Anderson of “Seminole Wind” fame.
  • Alpo and Duggar really pushing the pack today.  Especially on the fast mosey along murderer’s row.  Almost sprinting.
  • Thanks to Alpo for procuring the bands that now will be housed at Fury to assist in performing pullups for those in need.
  • Mary Ann keeps posting and keeps getting better.  Ready to see him kill the Spartan.
  • Balls to the Wall segment led to a bit of mumblechatter, but not too much.  Marco’s feet were literally over the fence.
