Conditions: 33° and windy
YHC was pleased to see pax start rolling into the Epicenter parking lot around 5:10. Everyone stayed in their warm vehicles until right at go-time.
5:15 – The warmup is to mosey to the coupon cage, secure your coupon and meet at the roundhouse.
The Work – Star Workout
YHC set out some small work lights on each leg between the ball fields prior to other pax arriving (more on this later). After each light, return to the middle and do 10 kettlebell swings. Each pax carries their coupon alternating between farmer carries and rifle carries to and from each light.
Light 1 – 20 goblet squats
Light 2 – 20 thrusters
Light 3 – 20 chest presses
Light 4 – 20 weighted lunge steps (10 each leg)
Light 5 – 20 alpos
After returning to the middle for each round, drop your block and run a lap around the pullup bars and back to the middle.
Rinse and repeat

NMS:
As mentioned, YHC arrived early setup the lights around the Epicenter for the workout. Then returned to the warm truck and waited on the pax to arrive. After getting the coupons and moseying to the roundhouse, we had to pass by one of the lights on the ground. Everyone passed the light and left it in place…..except Polly. Being the gentleman that he is, he picked up the light and brought it to the pax gathered at the roundhouse and asked who dropped a light. He was quickly ridiculed by all the pax and earned a quick mosey to return the light where he found it. Kudos to Polly for getting the mumblechatter started.
