It’s always a good thing to be able to pull out a workout from the vault and dust it off for some unsuspecting pax.
We were all thankful for BenGay. He was the first to 300 on all 3 rounds.
This workout is tougher than it looks on paper but the time really flew by. I guess we were having fun.
I can’t believe the amount of dry grass I had in my shorts after the flutter kicks and sit-ups.
