25 Russian twist
25 second low plank
Mosey to parking lot
Partner up – group of 2 and group of 3
1 burpee in each parking spot while partner runs the long way to end of parking spot – flapjack when paths cross – work completed when burpees have been done in each parking spot
Turn around to head back – 1 monkey humper in first parking spot, 2 in 2nd, 3 in 3rd…22 in 22nd (you get the idea) – a lot of monkey humpers
