Like all of YHC Q’S its a crowd favorite for YHC ot lead Imperial Walker sin cadence. The PAX marvel at my rhythm and timing of cadence during the exercise.

Knowing the exercises to be called YHC opted for the big boy block and my new Kettlebells, with would later come in handy when Judge Hairy decided to Hulk smash his block into 13 pieces.
DECK of DEATH (Multiplier)
2, 3, 4 reps is too easy so YHC decided we would draw a card like normal then roll a dice and multiply the 2 numbers together to determine the number of reps performed. For example 2 of Hearts with a 2 dice roll would be 4 Chest Press or Ace of Spades with a 6 dice roll would be 60 LBC (or if you weren’t wearing your glasses like Polly and Pegleg the spade could be confused with a Club and Curls would be called).
Hearts – Chest Press
Spades – LBC
Clubs – Curls
Diamonds – Heel Taps
Work was done and a crazy amount of Curls were completed due to Spades and Clubs being interchanged by the PAX as they strained their eyes to tell the difference, only to guess wrong and accuse YHC of stacking the deck.
With the Multiplier twist we were not able to make it through the deck.

Polly has been doing a great job EHing guys back to the Epicenter and getting guys to post there as well. Sparkle and Pegleg were proof of that this morning.
Judge Hairy has some anger management released on his block this morning resulting in the block crumbling into 13 pieces. YHC loaned him my new 35lb Kettlebell and hoped it could withstand the Judge’s wrath.
Polly provided the mumble chatter as usual especially when it was discovered he was guessing on which suit was which between Spades and Clubs. Unfortunately for the PAX he always chose Clubs resulting in arm failure for most of the PAX.
