Sunday runs have always been my favorite. Lionel Richie was correct.  There is something “easy” about Sunday mornings.   It’s a laid back format.  PAX  just show up whenever they want and to do the route/pace that they want, but just return to Starbucks for the CoT at 7:30.

This morning, not only did PAX run the routes in and around Starbucks, but several hit the trails and still managed to get to Starbucks for the CoT.

NMM –   I would like to thank Pusher for posting the sentence “Where is you?” at 12:30 a.m.  on the PAX channel. We were unsure what to name this backblast, but thought that was appropriate.  Kudos to Boy George who suggested this sentence for the title.
