It’s been a week ago, so the details are blurry. But since this took place on a Wednesday YHC is fairly confident in saying that some ran, some rucked, some may have jogged, some could have walked…and a couple may have only come by for some 2ndF coffee.

No matter what work was done – it was a good day to be in the presence of men that are willing to push the rock.

The one thing YHC does remember for certain was that the day after this workout, Thursday July 12, Lego was deploying to some far area of the globe to serve our country and what we stand for – for that, we are all eternally grateful.
