This morning, 19 pax headed out from Starbucks to run or ruck various routes. They waded through the soup that was the atmosphere, and all returned safely. We were counted, we were named and Hulk prayed.

Last night YHC asked for an assist in getting 5 miles in the allotted 45 minutes. Flossy volunteered and Quickie also joined us this morning. I got close but didn’t quite make it. But I’m thankful for the push. Still, if you don’t push yourself and stretch your limits, you will not get better. So, I’ve got the same goal on my list next Wednesday. Feel free to join me.
