Another beautiful fall morning was enjoyed in the Wood. The temps have been fabulous for our early morning endeavors. Since having to take a break from bootcamps, I have enjoyed getting back out on the run days and getting in some run Q’s. Has anyone mentioned that the runs are the easiest to Q?? Well, they were right. The Q sheet is wide open and I’m sure Tweeter would love to fill it up. So get off your 6 and get on the sheet! Well, everyone returned safely and remained vertical during their runs. 2ndF was enjoyed by all in attendance.
