This BB is posted by Sugar on behalf of SeatDown…in full disclosure, he sent the info to me in a timely fashion and I am tardy in transcribing it for him…
With this being my VQ I wanted to do something simple but that would also push the PAX as well. After gathering some info on the fun Deck of Death workout, i thought it would be a good one for my VQ.
22 PAX showed up in the gloom on what seemed like a much cooler morning to do a little work and get better. So it went like this;
Warm up; 25 SSH in cadence
15 merkins OYO
25 SSH in cadence
20 grass cutters IC

The Thang;
Deck was shuffled, even though some thought otherwise. each pax will come in and draw a card and whatever number and suit is on it determined the exercise.
Spades were manmakers
Clubs were curls
Hearts were American hammers wiyh coupon
Diamonds were kettle bell swings
2 Jokers were in the deck and whoever drew it could pick any exercise and be exempt from it
Jack thru Ace were supposed to be 11 thru 14 but this was met with lots of mumbblechatter about inability to count or having never played cards.
Workout took perfect amount of time and Pax completed the full deck. manmakers always seem to be a crowd pleaser. and the dreaded Ace of spades was next to last card so it built up anticipation for the final 14 manmakers.
Count/Name Prayer requests; BLueprint son having surgery, Roach son, Pusher and the dowis family. Pax asked pusher to the middle to have hands laid upon and be prayed for.
The jokers were drawn by Stinkbait, who after peer pressure from Uncle Buck chose LBAC, and Sugar who made it tougher with 50 merkins and 50 LBC
Very proud and honored to lead this great group of men and leaders all of whom i look up to very much.
Until my next Q, keep on keeping on! Seat Down
