“Energy and Persistence conquer all things” – Benjamin Franklin

4 PAX decided to jump crawl out of the fartsack to #GetBetter.  We started with three, then we were pleasantly surprised that x-ray showed up. He got caught by the train, but he was not deterred. He showed up and finished the run with us.

As is the Friday torture custom, the F3 Greenwood PAX met  at the Fountain and did a slow mosey towards Cambridge Avenue and converged near the steps of the  Manning Law Firm (which is beside Pascal’s restaurant).  From that point, the PAX ran down Cambridge Avenue – down the hill, passing West Cambridge Park and Jeff’s Barber shop, then up the hill to the apex of the bridge.  At the top, we turned around, ran down Cambridge avenue back to the steps of the Manning Law Firm.  We continued this insanity route for 30 minutes before we moseyed back to the Shovel Flag.

Kudo’s to those men that showed. Although this is not the most exciting route, everyone involved burned some calories, got a great workout and most definitely “got better.”

Good Work, guys!

Announcements: Spinner reminded us of the Double Down at the Race for the Helix. It would be great to have a strong F3 presence.

Prayer requests: Keep Posh in our prayers as he travels to England for a funeral. Praise report for x-rays son, Benjamin, who found out that he only has a sprained knee. He should be back on the football field in a couple of weeks.
