F3 Greenwood

Spud and Sugar decided to team up for Round 2 of the SweetPotatoQ that was offered up a couple of months ago.  It was an unseasonably warm and muggy morning at The Shipyard.  Turned out to be great conditions to serve up hearty helpings of the large, starchy, sweet-tasting, tuberous root to the 23 PAX that decided to have yams for breakfast.

Prayer and Devotion – delivered by Spud

Spud brought the heat and challenged the PAX to step up and make sure we are putting as much effort into leading our wives, children, households in the way we were instructed.  The one line that stands out to YHC that Spud delivered was: Remember at one time that your wife was the most important and special person in your life.  If circumstances don’t feel that same way now, it is our job to work on that and get back to that place in our relationships.

As always, it is a pleasure to lead the PAX at The Shipyard where hard work is the standard.
