F3 Greenwood

27 PAX including one FNG showed up on a nice and cool Thursday morning.  YHC has been under the weather for about 10 days so it was nice to get back out there and break a sweat.  That said, minimal time was available to prep for workout and YHC reverted back to a previous workout used about a month ago.  The PAX generally can count on some AMRAP work when YHC is on the Q.  Thus the title – “Same as it ever was…..”  If you don’t know David Byrne, check out the video and you will recognize his genius.

The Main Thang:

Football Field Work (partner)

Mosey to goal line and partner up (#sizedoesntmatter) each pair of PAX completed a combined 50 burpees, 100 merkins, and 150 squats while alternating laps to the 50 yard line(5 hand release merkins) and back to goal line.  (10 min max)   –  If team finishes combined work assist other teams with work.

10 MINUTE AMRAP #1: From goal line to goal line (100 yards) with work at each end: – 21 Big boy sit-ups – 15 Russian Twists (count one side only) – 9 V-Ups

10 MINUTE AMRAP #2: From goal post to goal post (120 yards) with work at each end: – 21 Merkins – 15 Squats – 9 Plank Jacks

COT, count-a-rama, name-a-rama, and prayer
