The Thang

Round One
5 min AMRAP + 3 minutes because the Shipyard is just as good as the Epicenter
Deconstructed Burpee ladder
1, 2, 3, 4, etc — Leg Thrusters
1, 2, 3, 4, etc — Merkins
1, 2, 3, 4, etc — Mexican Squats
1, 2, 3, 4, etc — Burpees

Round Two
MonkeyHumper in the middle.
PAX number 1 goes to the middle of the circle and calls out an exercise.
The PAX in the middle does one minute of Monkey Humpers while the remaining PAX do whatever exercise was called out.
First PAX drops out, next PAX in.
Repeat until all PAX have had a chance at the monkey or time is up.
Some but not all of the exercises called out…
Overhead Claps, LBCs, Big Boy Situps, Jungle Boi Squats, Frankensteins, Imperial Walkers, Overhead Air Claps, Erectors, Derkins, Merkins, Mountain Climbers, and many more that YHC cannot recall at this time.
