With all the BRR training going on and most pax either increasing mileage or nursing injuries due to increased milage, YHC thought a WOD with no running was a great option. So what do you do to get a solid workout when no running is involved? How about the 1100 rep workout that Sugar concocted a while back. So YHC put a “no running at Fury” Tweet out there and 8 Pax ran to the opportunity to do a workout with no running.
Conditions: Supposedly it was 75°, but it felt like 175° with the humidity

40 – Jungle Boy Squats
50 – American Hammers
60 – Butterflies
70 – Merkins
80 – Monkey Humpers
90 – Curls
100 – Bench Press
Then start over at 100 and work your way back to 10. (Yes that’s 200 presses)

* It was mentioned that due to the lack of mumble chatter music would be nice. YHC had the speaker in the car but refused to “run” to the car to retrieve it. Next best thing was to use the phone. Could barely hear it. Music fail.
