F3 Greenwood

YHC is not sure who worked harder last week, the PAX or the proctors. Whew! My head still hurts from the calculating. This “new” math is hard. TClaps to F3Seattle for quality beatdown and the committee is still deliberating if a suspension is going to be handed down or not.

It’s not back to our regularly scheduled programming. This week we are doing something a little different. It seems like I get asked a lot, what my favorite IPC workout has been, and there are so many options. We had BearSquared from IPC 2022, we had all the RED workouts from IPC 2025, and we had Meter’s 43 from IPC 2018, I believe, among others. So, in the spirit of reminiscing about the good ole days, the committee decided to make this week’s workout a throwback to 2022.

So, we present to you for your enjoyment, again….The BelleRinger from IPC 2022. And this one is for the Clydesdales among us. There is no running…but don’t get too excited, because you and your block will become one this week because it stays in your hands for pretty much the entire 45 minutes.

A couple of reminders before we get to the workout. This is Week 3 of the Bracket Challenge. View who you are competing against here, https://ironpax.f3greenwood.org/bracket. Remember that every score counts. Every rep helps your region. The goal of this is to push yourself since it not only helps you but also helps the guy next to you. Continue to encourage each other.

Submit your score at https://ironpax.f3greenwood.org/submit. You can complete the workout as many times as you would like with your best score being counted in both the individual and team challenges. Also, the scoring window will stay open for the entirety of the Iron Pax Challenge but to be considered for the weekly competition, you must complete the workout and submit your score by midnight the Sunday following the release of the workout.

Please remember to submit your score in the total reps format. If you modify the workout in any way, please indicate that when you submit your score. There is nothing wrong with modifying the work. It’s You vs You. Keep pushing yourself. Making yourself better.
