We didn’t do anything fancy. We didn’t use the latest and greatest equipment. What we did do though was come out and put in one solid hour of work. And believe it or not, we had a lot of fun doing it.

NMM:
First of all I would like to thank meatloaf for allowing me to take his place as Q today.
It took the pax a little while to figure out that we would be doing 42 reps of every exercise in honor of my birthday. 8 mile didn’t get it until after the BOM.
It was an honor and a privilege to lead this group of men.
I’m really looking forward to seeing what God has in store for the next year.
