After 100 curls and 100 overhead tricep extensions, the chatter stopped and we thought we heard Juggernaut yelling from the Shipyard. After a good workout, Meatloaf discovered we had 3 minutes left, so he was invited to lead the Pax in a closing Al Gore Burpee encore!
