F3 Greenwood

YHC was feeling good before the workout and wanted to try BLIMPS as he felt like this was an overall body workout.  YHC found out quickly that it was a lot of leg work and some mumblechatter from the PAX about such.  The workout was tough but we got better today and I am proud of the men that came out and pushed through it.  Here is how it went down.
