No, my thoughts this morning really were not on the year 1999 though that was a great year for me. And Versace too…we recently learned (see BRR quotes by Uncle Jesse). Nothing melodramatic about this workout…just trying to bring some good ol’ fashioned “hurt”.

THE THANG

Pax run and grab 2 coupons each and line up on the side line facing the opposite side line for some 99’s. Pax would karaoke and sprint between sidelines. Went like this:

66 Curls…karaoke…33 Merkins…sprint back

66 Block Bench Press…karaoke…33 LBC…sprint back

66 Overhead Block Press…karaoke…33 Mtn Climbers…sprint back

66 DIPS…karaoke…33 Squats…sprint back

66 Block Side Bends (33 ea side)…karaoke…33 Flutter Kix…sprint back

RINSE & REPEAT                           990 Repetitions if completed

This hurt the muscles while keeping the heart rate pretty high. Shaggy puked but the man never quits!

Time was called. About 1/3 pax finished, Capri leading that charge. The rest were very near finishing. Good workout.
