8 fine men decided to get up early and give Fury a shot. YHC mixed it up a bit with some non traditional work. I think the pax enjoyed the variation and I was definitely feeling the effects of the high intensity style workout. Heart rate was way up according to the trusty fit bit. Here is how it went.

25 Pullups, 25 merkins and 25 Dips OYO
Mosey to the road for Burpee Sprints.

8 burpees at the far side – 6 at the start – 4 on the far side – 2 at the start
Planks while waiting on the 6.

Mosey over to the dog park gazebo
15 jungle boi squats (capri style)
15 Iron Cross (with partner)
15 Box jumps (Clear your hips by standing straight up at top, heels on the box)

Mosey to pull up station
Big Boi Situps – Russian Twists – V-ups
15 down to 10 of each exercise
COT/BOM
- We were worried Capri had fartsacked, but he came rolling in a few minutes tardy. 10 demerits were awarded. Speaking of demerits, the Fury location was home of my beloved Northside Junior High. I have fond memories of working off my demerits by staying after school and picking up trash on the very grounds we work out.
- Poor Duggar was subject to a sweat saturation courtesy of YHC during the Iron Crosses. I’m no Uncle Buck, but I admittedly do have elevated levels of perspiration. My bad Duggar.
- Solid group of 8 for Fury. Love to see that consistently high number there. Work was accomplished and we are all better for it.
