I was supposed to meet up with Crayola and Bengay for a pre-mosey but nature had different plans so I came in on two wheels with zero plan and a bad-ass playlist in my back pocket. My burpee-sense was tingling because apparently EM was talking about a nightmare he had about doing burpees while I was gathering the Q accoutrements (aQtrements?? 🤓) so burpees we did. And not a whole lot else.

WARM UP – 20 burpees

We then moseyed to different spots, decreasing the burpee count by one and doing various exercises for the 6.

Dentist office (19), Pascal’s (18), Hampton House (17, etc), Big Mac’s Tire Emporium, Bottom of Hampton Plaza and Shoppes Stairs, Top of Hampton Stairs, Bottom of Hampton Stairs again, McCaslan’s Bookstore, Fountain, Countybank Parkour Arena, Wells Fargo, Top of Chuck Street, Flag.

*Denotes albums I secretly had in middle school but would not admit until much later in life

**Denotes albums I secretly had under my mattress in middle school because of the CD insert eye candy 🤤

***No one saw that change coming, right?? Especially after that saucy overly-hetero music video. I guess the writing was on the wall.

-Who’s your favorite Spice Girl? There’s really no wrong answer. Unless it’s anything other than Baby Spice

-BenGay sang along with almost all of the songs.

-We need to utilize the Countybank Parkour Plaza more. Lots of goodies over there.

-Hanson did a reunion tour with their radio hit MMMBop within the past few years and it was transcendent. I’ll post the link below so you can channel your inner tween girl.

Respectfully yours,

Inspector
