Blu and YHC are both currently battling some shoulder issues, so I wanted to steer clear of merkins, burpees, pullups, OH presses etc. That proved to be difficult, but i think we pulled off a good workout nonetheless. 8 pax put in the work and 1 pax (Duggar) went for a run. Here’s how it went:
