7 pax showed up and showed out.  I sent a desperation text to my new teammates in the 2nd F crew (Baby Blu and Pusher) last night and assured them Fury was the place to be.  Fortunately they did not disappoint as they both showed up (on time i might add, Alpo) and put in some work.  Pusher even graced us with the Wingard’s mobile which has to be the ugliest automobile i have ever seen.  I’m not sure Foreclosure could sell that thing.   Oh who am i kidding, of course he could sell it.

With my Second F brothers there, i wanted to get in a mobile bootcamp, but also stay relatively close and allow folks to space out.  Fury’s Revenge was a natural way to accomplish.

The THANG – Fury’s Revenge
– Start at the Cars

– Run to Gazebo; 30 box jumps

– Run to CFA, loop the island, and circle back to bottom of Fury Rd; 30 Monkey Humpers

– Run up to last entrance of Merrywood; 30 Merkins

– Run to the crest of Fury (Flashing light pole across from field); 30 LBCs (or BBSUs)

– Run to pull-up bars; 30 Pull-ups and 30 Dips in no particular order

– Run back to parking area by hugging the fence line

– Rinse and Repeat, decrease reps by 5 each lap until time is called.

Gold – Crayola, Foreclosure
Silver – Garvo, Alpo, DC, Blu
Bronze – Pusher (Struggled with a foot injury and modified accordingly)
